We want you to love your Veronica Beard purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 21 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
